We are looking for a Customer Sales Support Executive with 1–3 years of experience in customer handling, sales coordination, and client communication. The candidate will assist customers, handle inquiries, support the sales team, and maintain strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and social media platforms.
- Follow up with customer leads and support the sales process.
- Explain jewellery products, diamond details, pricing, and ongoing offers to customers.
- Provide product information, pricing details, offers, and customer assistance.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and timely support.
- Assist customers with order updates, product queries, and post-sales support.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for smooth customer communication and order processing.
- Maintain and update customer records, inquiries, and sales-related data regularly.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.




- Share product updates, promotional offers, and engagement communication with customers.
- Support customer engagement activities and maintain positive brand image.

- Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good sales and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries confidently through calls and online platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience or interest in the jewellery or luxury goods industry is an added advantage.

Requirements:

- 1-3 year experience in Customer Sales Support.
- Interest in the diamond & jewellery industry preferred.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.).
