We are hiring Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing US sales team. As a CSR, you will handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers, generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales while delivering exceptional customer experience. This is a full time, work-from-office role based at our Sanpada, Navi Mumbai location.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from US customers inquiring about products and services
- Make outbound calls to generate leads and follow up with prospects
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- HSC or Graduate degree
- Minimum 6 months experience in International BPO (Sales preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable working in US night shift (fixed timing)
- Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge
- Target-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales goals
