What You'll Be Responsible For

- Respond to incoming customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, and website forms — promptly and professionally

- Understand customer requirements: occasion, product type (cake/flowers/gift combo), delivery location, date, and customization needs

- Coordinate with vendors to check availability and get pricing for each order

- Prepare and share accurate final quotes with customers, maintaining our margin guidelines

- Confirm bookings and log all customer and order details in Cronberry CRM in real time

- Follow up with customers proactively — before delivery to confirm details, and after delivery to check satisfaction

- Handle customer concerns or delivery issues calmly and escalate when necessary

- Maintain accurate records of every lead, quote, and booking status in the CRM

- Support achievement of monthly sales targets through consistent follow-up and conversion

- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillmentWhat We're Looking For

- ✅ Willingness to learn our products, vendors, and internal processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
