Position

: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager

Location

: Bengaluru / Remote

Reports to: CEO

Role Summary The CRM Manager will lead and strengthen AniMeta’s customer-support function, ensuring that dairy farmers receive timely, respectful and effective support through our digital and human-assisted channels.

You will lead a team of Customer Relationship Officers (CROs), monitor performance, improve customer experience and work closely with field, veterinary, technology, sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise and support the team of Customer Relationship Officers.
- Set clear team goals and monitor daily and monthly performance.
- Coach and train CROs to improve communication, problem-solving and farmer support.




- Monitor CRM metrics, customer feedback and service quality.
- Handle escalated farmer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve farmer satisfaction and engagement.
- Coordinate with veterinary, field sales, technology, marketing and operations teams for seamless customer support.
- Ensure timely reporting and follow-up on customer issues.
- Identify recurring farmer problems and work with internal teams to improve our products and services.
- Continuously improve CRM processes, SOPs and customer-support systems.

What We Are Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
- 5+ years of total experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial/leadership role in customer service, CRM or a related function.
- Strong team-management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Ability to work with multiple departments and manage priorities.
- Experience working with CRM tools and customer-support systems.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
