Handle daily banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and payments. Perform accurate data entry, transaction processing, and verification of financial information. Reconcile accounts and identify, investigate, and resolve transaction discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, AML, KYC, and other applicable guidelines. Prepare financial reports, account statements, transaction summaries, and operational reports. Maintain accurate and well-organized records of transactions and supporting documentation.
Identify process gaps and assist in implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risks. Handle queries related to transaction status, banking processes, and documentation requirements. Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive financial and customer information.
