About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Performance Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads , with a clear understanding of lead generation, campaign optimization, tracking, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads .
- Develop lead-generation strategies aligned with campaign and business objectives.
- Monitor key metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, CPA, and ROAS .
- Optimize campaigns based on audience, creatives, placements, keywords, and conversion data.




- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, ad copies, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking .
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies.
- Research audiences, competitors, keywords, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure productive utilization of ad spend.
