Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service via phone calls.

- Process customer orders, handle returns, and maintain accurate records of transactions.

- Provide product information, answer questions about products/services offered by the company.

- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

- 0-1 year of experience in a similar role (customer care/support).

- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate thoughts clearly over phone calls.

- Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).

- Fresh graduate with no prior work experience required.
