Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a CSR Fundraiser at Shri Hari Radha Madhav Charitable Trust. The CSR Fundraiser will identify and engage potential corporate partners, develop fundraising strategies, and prepare compelling proposals aligned with CSR priorities. Daily tasks include researching CSR trends, maintaining a pipeline of prospects, organizing virtual meetings and presentations, and nurturing relationships with existing donors and partners.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams to gather project information, creating impact reports,



and ensuring timely communication and documentation for funded initiatives. The CSR Fundraiser will also track fundraising metrics, provide regular updates to leadership, and contribute to outreach campaigns and digital communication efforts.

Qualifications

- Experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, or business development, preferably within the nonprofit or social impact sector.
- Strong skills in proposal writing, presentation, and storytelling, with the ability to articulate project impact clearly to corporate stakeholders.
- Ability to research CSR policies, industry trends, and potential partner organizations, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for remote work, including CRM or fundraising platforms, office productivity software, and online meeting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with robust interpersonal abilities to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage multiple opportunities, deadlines, and reports simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, social work, communications, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Commitment to ethical fundraising practices and alignment with the trust’s mission to support community welfare and development.
