Position: CRM Officer
Location: Tadepalli, Vijayawada
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month
Qualification: Commerce background
Experience: 2–3 years
Key Responsibilities
- Customer interaction & site updates
- Raising and following up on invoices
- Coordinating with banks for customer loans
- Customer payment & collection follow-ups
- Coordination with accounts and internal teams
- Maintaining CRM records and documentation
