About the Role

Suroskie is looking for an experienced CRM Head to lead customer retention and lifecycle initiatives, driving customer engagement, repeat purchases, retention, and CRM-led revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute CRM, retention, and customer lifecycle strategies.
- Drive repeat purchases, retention, CLV, upselling, cross-selling, and reactivation.
- Manage customer communication across WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Push, and Calling.
- Own abandoned cart/checkout recovery and sales calling initiatives.
- Develop customer segmentation, personalization, and reactivation campaigns.
- Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, conversions, and revenue.
- Lead CRM, Retention & Calling teams, including targets and performance management.
- Prepare CRM MIS, KPI dashboards, and performance reports for the Director.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Performance Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, E-commerce, and Operations.




- Develop SOPs and continuously optimize CRM processes, campaigns, and ROI.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in CRM, Retention, D2C, or E-commerce.
- Robust understanding of Customer Lifecycle, Retention Marketing, CRM Automation, and Segmentation.
- Hands-on experience with WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Push, Abandoned Cart, and Calling.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM/Marketing Automation tools.
- Experience in D2C Beauty, Skincare, FMCG, Fashion, or E-commerce preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
