- Conduct detailed company analysis

- Perform comprehensive industry analysis

, including market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and sector outlook

- Prepare detailed

Investment Memos and

Credit Notes for internal approvals

- Draft and review investment term sheets in coordination with internal and external stakeholders

- Participate in negotiation of legal documents and support transaction structuring and execution

- Coordinate with legal, compliance, and external advisors during deal closure

- Undertake post-investment monitoring

, including financial performance tracking,



covenant monitoring, and periodic portfolio reviews

- Identify early warning signals and highlight portfolio risks

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification:

MBA (Finance) and/or CA (Chartered Accountant) preferred

- Strong understanding of financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and investment evaluation

- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modelling

- Ability to manage multiple transactions and work in a quick-paced environment
