Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Creator Management: Coordinate with creators from briefing and ideation through execution, approvals, and going live.
- Monthly Planning: Develop monthly creator plans and coordinate with internal teams for timely execution.
- Creator Scouting &
- Ideation:
Identify relevant creators based on reach, engagement, audience fit, and campaign requirements; develop tailored content ideas.
- Creative Pitching: Develop and pitch creator concepts, ideas, and detailed concept notes for collaborations.
- Creator Partnerships: Clearly communicate briefs, deliverables, timelines, and expectations to creators before onboarding.
- Costing &
- Vendor Coordination:
Coordinate with third-party agencies/vendors on creator costing and ensure commercial alignment before closure.
- Budgets &
- Approvals:
Share creator costs and proposals with clients and secure timely approvals.
- Client Communication: Provide regular/daily campaign progress updates and flag key dependencies or delays.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with creative, account, production, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution through to campaign launch.
- Process &
- Documentation:
Maintain updated creator databases, trackers, briefs, costing sheets, and other internal documentation to ensure an efficient workflow.

- Strong creator/influencer network and understanding of the creator ecosystem
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Solid project management and coordination abilities
- Good creative thinking and content understanding
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
- Client-facing confidence and stakeholder management skills
