We're building Convertly, a creator commerce platform for brands, agencies and creators to run creator programs from discovery and outreach to campaigns, content, storefronts, attribution and payouts. We're looking for someone who genuinely lives in the creator economy.
You may already be a creator yourself, have worked with a talent management company, influencer agency, creator network, or have spent enough time working directly with creators that you understand how this world actually works. This is not a traditional social media role.
You will take ownership of the creator side of Convertly.
What you will own :
- Grow and manage the Convertly creator network
- Find and onboard creators across Instagram, YouTube and other platforms
- Help creators set up and actively use their Convertly profiles and creator portal
- Speak directly with creators and understand what they need
- Build relationships with creators, talent managers and creator communities
- Improve creator activation and retention
- Identify gaps in the creator experience and work directly with the founder to improve the product
- Create creator-focused content for Convertly
- Manage creator-facing social media and community
- Experiment with different ways of acquiring and engaging creators
- Help make creators campaign-ready for brands using Convertly
You may be a excellent fit if
- You are a creator yourself, OR
- You have worked at a talent agency / influencer agency / creator management company
- You understand Instagram, YouTube, UGC and creator trends
- You know how creators think about collaborations, pricing and brand deals
- You're comfortable reaching out and building relationships through DMs, WhatsApp, email and calls
- You can create good social/content without needing a large creative team
- You are comfortable figuring things out independently
- You want ownership rather than a predefined list of daily tasks
What success looks like
You won't be measured on how many posts you publish.
You'll be measured on whether Convertly is building a healthy network of active, campaign-ready creators who actually use the platform.
You'll work directly with the founder and have significant input into how the creator product evolves.
If you're early in your career but deeply understand creators and the creator economy, we'd still love to hear from you.
It will be good to know:
1. A short introduction
2. Your experience working with creators
3. Your Instagram/YouTube/content profile if you create content yourself
4. Why you'd want to build the creator side of Convertly
Experience: 1–3 years in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, talent management, creator operations, or a similar creator-economy role. Strong creators with hands-on industry experience are also encouraged to apply.
