At Quirk Bank, we work with businesses expanding into international markets. We work across branding, marketing, content, and sales and we care a lot about how things look, feel, and communicate.

We’re looking for a Creative Video Editor who understands that great editing isn’t just about knowing Premiere, adding transitions, or making something move.

It’s about taste.

Knowing when to cut. Knowing when not to. Understanding visual language, pacing, composition, sound, and design. Knowing how to make something feel premium without making it feel over-designed.

You should understand that every brand has a voice and that the edit should reflect it.

What you’ll do

Your core responsibility will be editing video content across our brands, clients, and internal content.

You’ll work closely with the creative team, be involved in content discussions and planning, and take ideas, references, scripts, and raw footage and turn them into finished pieces of content.

You’ll have room to make creative decisions around:

Pacing and storytelling

Visual treatment

Typography and motion

Sound design

Transitions and effects

Overall look and feel





We’re not looking for someone who simply waits for instructions and executes them frame by frame. We want someone who can understand the objective, bring their own creative judgment, and make the edit better.

Someone who

Has strong visual taste

Understands branding and brand voice

Pays attention to the details most people overlook

Watches a lot of genuinely good content and understands what makes something feel premium

Has opinions about creative work and isn’t afraid to bring them to the table

Is curious, experimental, and open to feedback

- Cares about making things valuable, not just getting them done

You don’t need to tick every box. We care more about how you think and what you make than a perfect résumé.
