Creative Marketing Intern – Marketing & BrandJob Summary

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Intern to support our marketing, brand-building, content, and on-ground event activities in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should be confident communicating with people, interested in finance, investing, trading, or fintech, and comfortable attending events and networking with professionals, founders, traders, investors, and finance communities.

This is a hands-on internship involving event marketing, community engagement, content creation, social media, networking, and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent TRINANCE at fintech meetups, trading events, college fests, investor meetups, and finance workshops.
- Build relationships with founders, traders, investors, students, and finance communities.
- Proactively network with new people and identify potential collaboration opportunities.
- Collect contacts and maintain relationships with potential partners and collaborators.
- Share event insights, audience feedback, and market trends with the content and marketing team.
- Assist in developing creative marketing campaigns for Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
- Support content creation by capturing event moments, quotes, stories, photos, and videos.
- Help create ideas for reels, social media posts, carousels, and other marketing content.
- Identify and reach out to potential collaborators, guest speakers, influencers, and community partners.




- Assist with newsletter research and social media scheduling when required.
- Support other marketing and brand-building activities as needed.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in starting and maintaining conversations with recent people.
- Comfortable interacting with professionals, investors, founders, and business communities.
- Willing to travel to events and venues across Hyderabad.
- Comfortable working in an on-ground and fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, curious, energetic, and comfortable with networking.
- Genuine interest in finance, investing, trading, fintech, or personal finance is preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of finance, investing, or financial markets.
- Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
- Basic knowledge of Canva.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Caption writing and social media content skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera is an advantage but not mandatory.

- Stipend: ₹20,000 per month
- Potential Full-Time Opportunity: Based on performance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
