Role Description The Creative Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for leading the overall creative vision and output of the agency. This role oversees the development of brand concepts, campaign ideas, and visual identities, ensuring that all deliverables align with client goals and Shalinity’s creative standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding designers and content creators, reviewing and refining creative work, and collaborating with account and strategy teams to translate briefs into compelling creative solutions.

The Creative

Head will lead brainstorming sessions, establish and maintain brand guidelines, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.



This role also involves mentoring team members, presenting concepts to clients, and continuously elevating the quality and innovation of Shalinity’s work.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to define and drive a cohesive creative vision across projects.
- Proficiency in Branding, including development of brand identities, guidelines, and cross-channel brand consistency.
- Hands-on experience in Graphic Design with the ability to provide transparent feedback on visual concepts, layouts, and digital assets.
- Proven Team Management abilities, including mentoring, workload planning, and fostering a collaborative creative culture.
- Relevant experience in a creative agency or design-led environment; prior leadership in a senior creative role is preferred.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Comfort working with digital platforms, social media campaigns, and web-focused design; familiarity with current design tools and trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
