We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Creative Head to lead our creative team and oversee the development of high-quality visual content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of graphic design, video editing, branding, social media content, and creative strategy.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the creative team, developing concepts, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring that all creative deliverables are creative, engaging, and delivered within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and guide the creative team to deliver high-quality work.
- Develop creative concepts and visual strategies for marketing campaigns, social media, advertisements, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Create and supervise the development of graphics, videos, reels, promotional creatives, banners, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Work closely with the marketing and performance marketing teams to develop creatives aligned with campaign objectives.
- Review and approve creative work before final delivery.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, visual language, tone, and design standards.
- Handle video editing, motion graphics, and post-production requirements whenever required.
- Plan creative requirements according to campaign calendars and business priorities.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.




- Mentor team members and improve the overall creative quality of the team.
- Stay updated with the latest design, video-editing, social media, and content trends.
- Research competitor creatives and identify new opportunities for innovative content.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their creative requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Good understanding of graphic designing and visual communication.
- Strong video-editing and post-production skills.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of social media trends and digital content.
- Strong creative thinking and conceptualization skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong team-management and leadership abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
- A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating graphic design and video-editing work is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
