ZERAMAX is looking for a Creative Content Producer who understands short-form video beyond just writing scripts.
We need someone who can take an idea and turn it into a complete Reel/video concept — from hook and scripting to shot planning, camera direction and production execution.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop Reel and short-form video concepts
- Create robust hooks and storytelling structures
- Write complete scripts for presenters and mentors
- Prepare shot-by-shot visual direction
- Plan camera angles, framing and composition
- Direct presenters during shoots — expressions, movement, pauses and delivery
- Plan B-roll and supporting visuals
- Help plan locations, sets and overall visual treatment
- Understand basic lighting and visual mood
- Work directly with our videographer/editor during production
- Give editors clear direction on pacing, cuts, transitions and final output
- Study reference videos and adapt strong production styles for ZERAMAX
- Understand Instagram/Reels retention, pacing and audience attention
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Someone with hands-on experience in:
- Reel / short-form video scripting
- Video direction
- Storytelling
- Camera angles and framing
- Social media content production
- Presenter direction
- Content references and visual research
You do NOT need to be the primary video editor or cinematographer.
But you should know what needs to be shot, how it needs to look and how the final video should flow.
IMPORTANT
This is not a traditional copywriting role.
If your experience is mainly blogs, captions, SEO writing or static copywriting, this position may not be the right fit.
We are specifically looking for someone who has worked on Reels, presenter-led videos, storytelling videos or short-form productions.
PORTFOLIO REQUIRED
Please share examples of videos/Reels that you have:
- Scripted
- Conceptualised
- Directed
- Or been creatively involved in producing
Shortlisted candidates may be given a small practical assignment involving a Reel concept, script and shot breakdown.
