Job Summary

We are looking for a CP Sales & Sourcing Executive to develop and expand our Channel Partner (CP) and broker network in the Mumbai market.

The role involves field visits, identifying and onboarding new CPs/brokers, building strong relationships, activating CPs, and generating site visits through the CP network. The candidate will also be responsible for regular CP follow-ups, lead generation, and achieving assigned sales targets.

This is a field-based Channel Partner Sales role and requires regular market visits and networking.

Role & Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with new Channel Partners, brokers, property consultants, and real estate agents.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and recent CPs.
- Activate CPs and generate regular site visits/leads through the CP network.
- Follow up with CPs for site visits, client requirements, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with CPs regarding project details, inventory, pricing, and updates.
- Conduct regular market visits and CP meetings to expand the network.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team for smooth lead and site-visit handling.
- Maintain daily records of CP meetings, new CP additions, leads, and site visits.
- Achieve monthly CP activation, site visit, lead generation, and sales targets.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline – mandatory.
- 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Channel Partner Sales, Broker Networking, Business Development, or a similar field-based role.
- Good knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market and strong networking ability.
- Experience in generating site visits/business through CPs or brokers will be preferred.
- Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with regular field and market visits.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and sales skills.
- Proactive and capable of independently developing a CP network.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
