Sidhi Marwadi is looking for a Courier Dispatch & NDR Executive to manage ecommerce dispatch, courier coordination, shipment tracking and stuck-order resolution from its Jodhpur office. This is a computer-based courier-operations position. It is not a delivery-boy or field-delivery role. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in the back office, operations desk, hub or customer-support team of a courier, logistics, ecommerce or shipping-aggregator company.

Key Responsibilities

- Process daily ecommerce and other dispatch orders.
- Generate or coordinate AWB numbers, manifests, labels and courier bookings.
- Check whether all scheduled parcels have been picked up by the courier.
- Monitor pickup pending, in-transit, out-for-delivery, NDR, RTO, lost and damaged shipments.
- Take same-day action on every NDR.
- Contact the courier hub, customer, courier support team, account manager or shipping aggregator as required.
- Escalate fake delivery attempts and repeated delivery failures.
- Follow up on shipments stuck at hubs or without movement.
- Handle address issues, customer-unavailable cases and reattempt requests.
- Monitor RTO shipments and identify avoidable RTO reasons.
- Raise and follow up on lost, damaged, weight-discrepancy and courier-billing claims.
- Reconcile COD remittances and identify payment differences.
- Coordinate with customer care,



packing, accounts and warehouse teams.
- Maintain a daily pending-shipment and ageing report.
- Record the current status, responsible person, next action and deadline for every unresolved shipment.
- Prepare weekly reports for NDR, delivery, RTO, fake attempts, claims and COD issues.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of courier, logistics, ecommerce fulfilment, NDR or shipping-operations experience.
- Candidate must have handled courier work on a computer.
- Understanding of AWB, manifest, OFD, NDR, RTO, COD and proof of delivery is required.
- Basic Excel, email and internet skills are mandatory.
- Experience with Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Shadowfax, Shiprocket or another courier/shipping platform will be an advantage.
- Male candidates based in Jodhpur or ready to relocate to Jodhpur will be considered.

Selection Process: Initial telephone screening. Courier-operations knowledge discussion. Five stuck-AWB practical exercise. Fake-attempt escalation email test.

Excel filtering test. Final in-person interview.

Work Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan Work Mode: Full time, work from office Working Hours:9:30-6:30 Weekly Off Salary: ₹14,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on courier experience and practical test.
