Indo European is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Counselling Intern to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with students, understanding their career and education requirements, providing relevant guidance, and supporting the counselling and admissions process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding suitable courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, interests, and requirements.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain regular communication with leads and prospective students.
- Assist the counselling team in achieving enrolment/admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student experience.
- Handle student queries professionally and provide timely information.
Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, and comfortable interacting with students.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building skills.
- Candidates with a sales/counselling mindset will be preferred.
Compensation & Work Details
- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Experience: Freshers can apply
