Job Overview
Royal Ventures is looking for motivated and communication-skilled candidates for the position of Customer Support Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their requirements, providing accurate information, and assisting them throughout the onboarding and support process.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other approved communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
- Explain company processes, services, and onboarding procedures clearly.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Assist customers with account registration, verification, and onboarding-related processes.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the internal team for customer-related queries.
- Meet assigned daily/weekly performance and follow-up targets.
- Maintain qualified communication and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication preferred.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, computers, WhatsApp, and internet usage.
- Comfortable communicating with customers over phone calls.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates should be responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- A smartphone and stable internet connection are required for remote work.
