- SAP S/4HANA knowledge is mandatory, preferably SAP CO / Product Costing.
- Prepare and maintain product-wise / SKU-wise costing and cost sheets.
- Perform standard costing, actual costing and cost variance analysis.
- Analyse material, labour, overhead, production and conversion costs.
- Review BOM, routing, activity rates and cost components.
- Support month-end closing, cost allocation and variance reporting.
- Analyse RM, WIP and Finished Goods inventory valuation.
- Prepare product profitability, margin and management costing reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and cost reduction initiatives.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Supply Chain and Finance teams for cost analysis.
- Provide costing schedules and explanations for internal and statutory audits.
- Identify costing-related issues and support improvement of costing processes.
Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Cost Accounting and Management Accounting.
- Hands-on experience in Product Costing and Variance Analysis.
- Strong SAP S/4HANA knowledge.
- Good knowledge of inventory valuation and costing.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Preferred Profile
CMA-qualified candidates with 35 years of practical costing experience and strong SAP S/4HANA exposure. CA-qualified candidates with relevant costing experience may also be considered.

- CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) Mandatory
- CA candidates may also be considered, preferably with strong costing experience.
