Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct cost audits, product costing, process costing, and inventory valuation to ensure accurate financial reporting.

- Analyze data from various sources (e.g., ERP systems) to identify trends and areas for improvement in production costs.

- Develop and implement effective cost control measures to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to pricing, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Provide expert advice on costing methods and best practices to stakeholders across the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-13 years of experience in Cost Accounting or a related field - jewellery industry experience preferred.

- B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification required; MBA/PGDM preferred, may or may not be CA.

- Robust knowledge of Cost Accounting principles, including Cost Audit, Product Costing, Process Costing, Inventory Valuation etc.
