Role Description The Corporate Relationship and Placement Manager is responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with companies, organizations, and foundations to create hiring pipelines and internship opportunities for students. This full-time remote role involves identifying prospective corporate partners, conducting outreach, and presenting the platform’s value proposition to talent acquisition and HR teams. The role includes coordinating placement drives, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for hiring partners and student participants.

The manager will regularly analyze placement data, share insights with internal stakeholders,



and refine strategies to improve hiring outcomes across IT and Non-IT roles. Day-to-day tasks also include collaborating with academic institutions, aligning curriculum and contests with industry needs, and representing Vamsi Code Arena at virtual events, meetings, and corporate forums.

Qualifications

- Corporate partnership and business development skills, including relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation abilities.
- Placement and recruitment expertise, such as campus hiring coordination, understanding of IT and Non-IT job roles, and experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver clear proposals, conduct professional meetings, and prepare impactful reports and dashboards.
- Organizational and project management skills to plan placement drives, track timelines, manage multiple partner accounts, and ensure high-quality execution.
- Analytical skills for interpreting hiring and performance data, identifying trends, and recommending improvements to placement strategies.
- Familiarity with the education or edtech sector, campus engagement, or CSR-driven initiatives is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in HR or talent acquisition are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrate professional integrity, and maintain a student- and partner-centric approach.
