Job Summary

We are looking for a Corporate QA / QA Officer to act as a coordination link between Regulatory Affairs and manufacturing plants. The role will support artwork coordination, regulatory status tracking, quality and packaging-related issues, and customer complaints while ensuring timely communication and follow-up across functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs and manufacturing plants on quality and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and track artwork coordination, review, approval, and implementation.
- Monitor and maintain the regulatory status of products and communicate updates to relevant teams.
- Coordinate resolution of quality-related issues reported by manufacturing plants.




- Support investigation and follow-up of packaging-related quality issues.
- Handle and coordinate customer complaints, ensuring proper investigation and timely closure.
- Follow up with plant QA, production, packaging, and regulatory teams for corrective actions.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to QA activities, complaints, artwork, and regulatory matters.
- Prepare status reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure timely escalation of critical quality, packaging, or regulatory issues.
- Support CAPA / corrective and preventive action follow-up wherever applicable.
- Ensure effective communication between corporate functions and manufacturing locations.

Pay: ₹30,000.87 - ₹35,000.65 per month
