Corporate Finance Analyst | CA Articleship | Big 4 / GCC / MNC

Location - Bangalore

Job Overview

We are looking for high-potential finance professionals who have completed or substantially completed their CA Articleship and are now looking to build their career in the corporate sector rather than continuing with the CA qualification.

The ideal candidate will have Articleship experience with a leading Big 4, consulting firm, GCC, or MNC and strong fundamentals in accounting, finance, audit, reporting, or financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Support financial reporting, accounting, and management reporting activities.
- Prepare and analyse MIS and financial reports.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Perform financial analysis and provide insights to business stakeholders.
- Support reconciliations, audit activities, and financial controls.
- Work with cross-functional teams on finance-related requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial information.




- Support other corporate finance and business finance initiatives as required.

Mandatory Requirements

- Bachelors degree is mandatory B.Com, BBA, BBM, or equivalent Finance/Commerce-related degree preferred.
- Must have completed or substantially completed CA Articleship.
- Candidate should be looking to pursue a corporate career instead of continuing with CA.
- Articleship must be from one of the following:
- EY

- Deloitte

- PwC

- KPMG
- Bain & Company

- Boston Consulting Group (BCG)
- McKinsey & Company
- GCCs / Global Capability Centres

- Reputed MNCs
- Strong understanding of accounting and finance fundamentals.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.

The ideal candidate would be someone who has: Bachelors Degree CA Articleship from Big 4 / Top Consulting / GCC / MNC Decided not to continue CA Wants to build a long-term Corporate Finance career.
