Role Description This full-time Cook role at Master 2 Gestion du Patrimoine Privé et Professionnel (Panthéon-Assas / Paris II) is an in office position based in Sathyamangalam. The Cook is responsible for planning and preparing daily meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, in accordance with nutritional guidelines, portion standards, and any specific dietary requirements. Day-to-day tasks include ingredient preparation, cooking a variety of dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, managing inventory, and ensuring proper food storage and safety.

The role also involves coordinating with staff on menu planning, monitoring food quality and presentation, minimizing waste, and adhering to health and safety regulations. The Cook is expected to maintain a clean, organized workspace, follow established recipes and procedures, and support a positive, efficient kitchen environment.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to plan, prepare, and cook balanced meals,



including experience with basic and advanced cooking techniques.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and proper kitchen sanitation practices.
- Experience with kitchen organization, including stock management, portion control, and equipment handling.
- Ability to follow recipes, adapt menus to dietary needs, and maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
- Good time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with other staff and respond to needs promptly.
- Prior professional experience as a cook or in a similar food preparation role; formal culinary training or certification is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Sathyamangalam, with flexibility for scheduled hours and occasional extended shifts.
