- Develop electrical schematics, control panel layouts, and safety interlocks for car parking equipment.
- Create detailed electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Conduct simulations and tests to validate designs and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with mechanical and software engineering teams for system integration.
- Support prototype development and oversee installation and commissioning.
- Maintain documentation including design specifications, test plans, and reports.
- Identify and resolve electrical faults and implement corrective actions.
- Research and implement current technologies to improve system performance.
- Manage project timelines and contribute to cross-functional project planning.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in designing systems for material handling or automated machinery, special purpose machines or car parking systems
- Exposure to PCB design tools
- Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, C++) for automation and analysis
- Familiarity with embedded systems and microcontrollers
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Electrical / ETC/ CS/ Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
- 36 years of experience in electrical design, preferably in manufacturing or automation
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN)
- Hands-on experience with circuit design and simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB)
- Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles
- Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, actuators, and control systems
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and industrial codes
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- SAP Knowledge will be added advantage
