## Role Overview

We're hiring a Content Writer to create clear, engaging, brand-aligned copy across our client brands and our own channels. You'll work closely with the social media, design and performance teams to turn ideas into words that get attention and drive action.

## Key Responsibilities

- Write social media captions, hooks, reel scripts and carousel copy in each brand's voice
- Create website copy, blogs, product descriptions and email/newsletter content
- Write ad copy for Meta and Google campaigns in coordination with the performance team
- Research industry topics, competitors and trends to develop content ideas
- Contribute to monthly content calendars and meet publishing deadlines
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, tone, consistency and accuracy
- Apply basic SEO practices (keywords, meta titles and descriptions, headings)
- Incorporate feedback quickly and maintain brand voice guidelines
- Review basic content performance (engagement, reach, clicks) and suggest improvements

## Requirements

- 1-2 years of content writing experience (agency, brand or freelance with a portfolio)
- Excellent written English,



with strong grammar and storytelling ability
- Ability to adapt tone across brands, from playful D2C to premium luxury
- Basic understanding of SEO and social media content formats
- Reliability on deadlines and comfort working in a fast-paced setting

## Core Skills Needed

Content & Creative Skills

- Copywriting for social, ads, web and email
- Hook and caption writing
- Reel/short-form video scripting
- Long-form writing (blogs, articles)
- Editing and proofreading

Tools & Technical Skills

- Google Docs/Sheets and Notion or similar
- Canva (basic)
- SEO tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest or Semrush (preferred)
- Grammarly or similar editing tools
- Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn and Meta Business Suite

Industry/Domain Knowledge

- Awareness of current content formats and trends
- Exposure to beauty, fashion, lifestyle and D2C brand communication (preferred)
- Understanding of platform-specific writing best practices

Soft Skills

- Creativity and curiosity
- Attention to detail
- Time management and ownership
- Openness to feedback and collaboration

## Preferred Skills

- Experience writing ad copy or performance-driven content
- Basic knowledge of content analytics
- Prior work with beauty, fashion or D2C brands
