About the Role

We are looking for a curious and adaptable Content Writer who wants to build a long-term career in content writing and digital marketing.

This role is suitable for freshers and early-career writers who understand the basics of writing, research and SEO, and are eager to improve through practical experience. You will work on content for clients from different industries, learning how to understand their businesses, audiences, brand voices and marketing goals.

You should also be comfortable using AI tools for research, ideation and faster execution. However, every piece of content must retain a natural human voice, originality, accuracy and relevance.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Research and write content for clients across different industries.
- Understand each client’s business, services, audience and content requirements.
- Create blogs, website pages, service pages, landing pages, social media posts, case studies and other marketing content.
- Follow client-specific briefs, formats, brand guidelines and writing instructions.
- Write content aligned with SEO, AEO and user-search intent.
- Use primary and secondary keywords naturally without keyword stuffing.
- Structure content with explicit headings, short paragraphs, lists and direct answers.
- Create content that is easy for readers, search engines and AI-powered platforms to understand.
- Use AI tools responsibly for research, outlines, ideation and improving efficiency.
- Review and humanize AI-assisted drafts instead of submitting generic or copied content.
- Verify facts, statistics and references before including them in the content.
- Check grammar, spelling, sentence structure, readability and consistency.
- Revise content based on feedback from clients, editors or internal teams.




- Manage multiple assignments and meet the agreed deadlines.
- Learn new industries, content formats and search-related writing practices.
- Maintain originality and avoid plagiarism or unsupported claims.

Skills We Are Looking For

- Good command of written English.
- Basic understanding of grammar and sentence structure.
- Ability to research unfamiliar topics and explain them clearly.
- Basic knowledge of SEO content writing.
- Awareness of search intent, keywords, headings and internal linking.
- Interest in learning AEO and AI-search-friendly writing.
- Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Grammarly or similar platforms.
- Ability to follow detailed briefs and client instructions.
- Openness to feedback and willingness to revise work.
- Good time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt writing style for different industries and audiences.

Who Can Apply?

A degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing or a related subject is helpful but not mandatory. Writing ability, learning attitude and consistency matter more to us.
