Skills & Experience Required

Experience

- Junior: 1+ year in Content / Social Media Management
- Senior: 3+ years in Content / Social Media Management
- Portfolio of reels/content is mandatory for Senior candidates

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute content calendars for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Independently conceptualize, shoot, and edit Reels/Shorts from idea to final output.
- Create visual content using Canva or other design/editing tools.
- Write engaging captions, social media copy, and content briefs.
- Monitor reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions and optimize content strategy.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and new content formats.
- Manage comments, DMs, and online community engagement.




- Coordinate with influencers/creators for campaigns when required.
- For Senior role, take greater ownership of content strategy, growth, and brand presence.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and content formats.
- Hands-on video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, Canva, or similar tools.
- Ability to independently create and produce engaging content.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Creative and data-driven approach.
- Senior: Proven track record of measurable growth and a strong portfolio of previous work.

Qualification- Any graduates with excellent Communication (Verbal & Written)
