We are looking for experienced Content Moderators to join our International Non-Voice Process in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Content Moderation and be comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content in accordance with defined policies and guidelines.
- Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates platform policies.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency while reviewing content.
- Handle sensitive or potentially inappropriate content professionally.
- Maintain required quality, productivity, and accuracy standards.
- Escalate complex or unclear cases to the appropriate teams.
- Stay updated with process guidelines and policy changes.
- Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Content Moderation.
- Experience in International Non-Voice / Content Moderation preferred.
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Good English communication and comprehension skills.
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making ability.
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
- Willingness to work from office in Hyderabad.
Compensation & Benefits
