Key Responsibilities :

- Manage weekly and monthly content calendars and ensure timely execution.

- Convert content strategies into explicit and actionable execution plans.

- Prepare briefs for reels, carousels, static posts, campaigns, founder content, and rider content.

- Assist with scripts, hooks, captions, CTAs, and social media copy.

- Coordinate with content creators and graphic designers for creative execution.

- Plan and coordinate content shoots, including scripts, locations, people, references, and timelines.

- Coordinate creative revisions and ensure content follows brand guidelines.

- Manage day-to-day publishing across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, X, and other relevant platforms.

- Monitor social media engagement, audience responses, and content trends.

- Research trending reels, memes, creators, formats, and competitor content.

- Maintain a content idea bank and identify relevant trend opportunities.

- Assist with influencer and creator outreach, briefs, deliverables, and campaign tracking.

- Track content performance metrics including reach, impressions,



views, watch time, engagement, shares, saves, and follower growth.

- Prepare weekly/monthly content performance reports and share key observations.

- Maintain content trackers, documentation, creative assets, scripts, briefs, and approval processes.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and execution delays are minimised.

Preferred Candidates:

- 0-2 years of experience in Content Marketing, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.

- Strong understanding of social media content formats and trends.

- Good awareness of memes, creators, internet culture, and emerging trends.

- Ability to convert ideas into explicit execution plans.

- Ability to manage multiple content pieces simultaneously.

- Robust attention to detail and ownership.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
