Creative Content & Design Specialist

Location: Delhi (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-time, 6 days a week

Salary: ₹45,000/month fixed + ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 monthly performance incentive

About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing home-improvement brand, is looking for a hands-on Creative Content & Design Specialist to create complete visual content for Amazon, social media, packaging and retail. This is not a pure social-media role; you'll work with physical products from shoot to final creative.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and shoot product photos and videos, including Reels and installation demos
- Create creatives for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Amazon (listing images, A+ content, infographics)
- Design packaging, retail fixtures and POS materials
- Use AI tools for image and video creation and enhancement




- Bring new creative ideas and study competitor content

Requirements

- Solid graphic design, photography, video editing and retouching skills
- Packaging and e-commerce/Amazon creative experience
- Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut and AI tools
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects

Portfolio Required Please share work in product photography or video, e-commerce creatives, packaging, retail/POS or AI-assisted design. Shortlisted candidates may be given a small paid assignment.
