Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create social media posts, reels, carousels, videos, captions, blogs, and campaign content.
- Research industry trends, competitors, audience interests, and trending topics to generate relevant content ideas.
- Develop hooks, scripts, captions, CTAs, and storytelling concepts for short-form and long-form content.
- Work closely with thegraphic designer to execute Ideas.
- Create content around B2B, technology, SaaS, CRM, Field Service Management, AI, and business-related topics.
- Repurpose existing content such as blogs, podcasts, webinars, and videos into social media formats.
- Maintain and manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Track content performance and use insights to improve future content.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, algorithms, and emerging AI content tools.
- Ensure all content follows the company's brand guidelines, tone of voice, and communication standards.

Required Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.




- Strong content writing and storytelling abilities.
- Valuable understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
- Ability to write engaging hooks, captions, scripts, and CTAs.
- Basic understanding of SEO and keyword integration.
- Knowledge of Canva and/or other content creation tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools for content ideation and creation.
- Ability to research and simplify complex business/technology topics into engaging content.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.

Preferred

- Experience creating B2B/SaaS/technology content.
- Experience with LinkedIn content and personal/company branding..
- Experience creating Reels/Shorts and promotional videos.
- Portfolio showcasing social media, video, or written content.
