About Us

At PedalStart, we run a sector-agnostic early-stage startup accelerator fund, supporting founders and backing them from ideation to pre-series stages. Our mission is to empower founders with the resources and expertise necessary for rapid scaling. We typically write $100-150k cheques across domains and actively invest in up rounds through our network of angels and VCs.

As we expand our brand and digital presence, we are seeking passionate individuals to join our content and communications team, helping to shape our voice and impact.

The Role

If you’re genuinely passionate about content creation, storytelling, and being on camera, this is an opportunity to turn that passion into real work.

You’ll be one of the faces of PedalStart on social media, creating content around startups, founders, investors, and the people we meet along the way. From coming up with ideas to shooting, editing, and seeing your work go live, you’ll be involved end-to-end.

This is a 3-month internship, with an opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance.

What You'll Do

- Shoot reels, short-form videos, event footage, and founder interviews
- Edit videos end-to-end, including cuts, captions, sound, and pacing
- Maintain a consistent output of a few pieces every week
- Cover our events,



including occasional evenings or weekends
- Bring ideas for content worth shooting and turn them into finished pieces
- Track what performs and use those insights to improve future content
- Experiment with new formats, trends, and storytelling styles

What We're Looking For

- Comfortable with at least one video editing tool
- Comfortable on camera and genuinely energetic
- A good sense of what makes people stop scrolling
- Able to take a rough idea and turn it into a finished piece
- Curious, proactive, and willing to experiment
- Passionate about content and social media

Positive To Have

- Ability to write scripts
- Interest in the Indian startup ecosystem
- Experience building an audience on your own social media account, at any scale
