We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator with good knowledge of Social Media Marketing to develop engaging content and strengthen our brand presence across social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, be updated with current social media trends, and have the ability to create engaging Reels, videos, posts, stories, captions, and other digital content.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and engaging content ideas aligned with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
- Create content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain a weekly/monthly social media content calendar.
- Create Reels, short-form videos, stories, carousels, posts, and promotional content.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, and promotional copy.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, audio, formats, and social media trends.
- Handle basic shooting, photography, and video recording for social media content.
- Edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
- Publish and schedule content across social media platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience interactions where required.
- Conduct competitor and industry research to identify new content opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and design teams to create campaign-related content.
- Support social media marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor key social media metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, views, shares, saves, and follower growth.
- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity.




- Explore AI tools and new content-creation technologies to improve content quality and productivity.

Required Skills
- Good understanding of Social Media Marketing and Content Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Good knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Strong creativity and content ideation skills.
- Good writing, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar software.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to identify and utilize relevant social media trends.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple content requirements.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite / social media scheduling tools will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of AI-based content creation tools will be an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communication, journalism, digital marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio of social media content may also be considered based on their skills.

Preferred Candidate
- Creative thinker with a strong understanding of current social media trends.
- Someone who can independently take content from idea → script → creation → editing → publishing → performance analysis.
- Comfortable creating video content and appearing on camera when required.
- Passionate about social media, digital marketing, and storytelling.
- Portfolio of Reels, social media posts, videos, or previous campaigns will be an advantage.
