About The Crumb The Crumb is building the monetization infrastructure for the creator internet.

Creators today send millions of people from Instagram to websites, tools, resources, and other destinations. This creator-owned traffic is highly intentional, but has historically had no monetization layer.

The Crumb sits in that missing layer.

Creators use The Crumb to build their bio pages and power experiences such as Link in Bio and Comment Automations. We turn the high-intent traffic generated through these experiences into advertising opportunities for brands, while creating a new revenue stream for creators.

We're looking for a Content & Creator Community Intern to help us create content and bring The Crumb's creator community to life.

What you'll do

- Create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Write scripts, captions, posts, hooks, and other creator-focused content.
- Appear on camera and create short-form videos for The Crumb.
- Interview creators and host conversations about their journey, content, and businesses.
- Help produce and host podcasts with creators and people from the creator ecosystem.
- Organize and coordinate creator meetups, workshops, and community events.
- Turn creator conversations, podcasts, and events into engaging social content.
- Come up with new content formats and creative ideas for The Crumb.
- Track content performance and experiment with what works.





You won't be expected to build the creator network from scratch — The Crumb already has an active creator network. Your role will be to work with that network and turn those relationships into great content, conversations, and community experiences.

- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Comfortable speaking and appearing on camera.
- Robust storytelling and content creation skills.
- Creative, curious, and willing to experiment.
- Comfortable talking to creators and interesting people.
- Valuable organizational skills for managing content and events.
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
- Genuine interest in creators, Instagram, social media, and the creator economy.
- Previous experience creating content, hosting podcasts, or organizing events is a plus, but not required.

This is a hands-on role where you'll help shape The Crumb's voice, content, and creator community.

Location: Remote

Type: Internship

Duration: 3 months

Compensation: First month unpaid; paid from the second month based on performance

Events: While the role is remote, you will be expected to be present at The Crumb's creator meetups and events when they take place.

Potential for full-time: Yes, based on performance.
