Regencare is hiring a full-time Consultant – Regenerative Medicine for our Calicut branch.

Location and schedule

- Location: Calicut
- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 6 days a week
- Emergency and on-call duties as per departmental roster
- Full time, exclusive appointment

What you'll do

- Conduct outpatient and inpatient pain evaluations
- Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, cancer-related, neuropathic and musculoskeletal pain
- Formulate individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Perform interventional pain procedures and sports medicine, including epidural steroid injections, nerve root blocks, facet joint blocks, radiofrequency ablations, intrathecal pump implantation and management, and spinal cord stimulation (where clinically applicable)
- Handle sports injuries and rehab
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, informed consent and medico-legal records
- Participate in clinical audits, mortality and morbidity meetings, and NABH / JCI quality initiatives
- Participate in and conduct CME programs

Compensation and benefits

- Basic salary: ₹1,50,000 per month




- Yearly increment based on performance evaluation and hospital policy
- Transportation, accommodation and food provided separately as per policy and actuals
- Festival allowance once a year, equal to 50% of one month's basic salary
- Additional incentives for work on public holidays
- Performance-based revenue sharing: if your annual turnover exceeds ₹3 Crores, 1% of profit is paid at the end of the financial year, plus an additional 1% for every additional ₹1 Crore in turnover
- Hospital sponsors 50% of the course fee for advanced regenerative medicine training, once a year
- One CME sponsored for you along with your family
- Two conferences sponsored for you alone: one national and one international

Leave

- 4 leaves per month
- 12 days of annual leave per year, with unavailed annual leave encashed at year-end

Other terms

- 3-month probation
- Valid medical registration required throughout the tenure
- Professional indemnity insurance to be maintained at your own cost
