About Varenya Medical Centre

Varenya Medical Centre is an ongoing healthcare project being developed as a modern, patient-focused multidisciplinary polyclinic.

We are currently building our clinical team and inviting experienced and qualified Consultant Physicians and Surgeons to join us as part of the founding consultant panel.

The centre is being developed with the aim of providing accessible outpatient consultations, specialist services, preventive healthcare and coordinated patient care under one roof.

Position

Consultant Physician / Consultant Surgeon

Employment Type: Full time / Part-time / Visiting Consultant

Position: Founding Clinical Team

Location: Kumhrar, Kankarbagh, Patna, Bihar

Role & Responsibilities

- Provide outpatient consultation and comprehensive clinical assessment.
- Diagnose and manage patients within the consultant's area of expertise.
- Develop appropriate treatment and follow-up plans.
- Prescribe evidence-based treatment and counsel patients regarding their condition.
- Recommend and interpret relevant laboratory and imaging investigations.
- Perform appropriate minor procedures within the consultant's training and scope of practice.
- Identify patients requiring hospital admission, emergency care or advanced specialist management and arrange appropriate referral.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Coordinate with other consultants and healthcare professionals for multidisciplinary patient care.
- Participate in developing clinical protocols and workflows for the new centre, where appropriate.
- Maintain high standards of professional ethics, patient safety and confidentiality.

Eligibility

Consultant Physician





- MBBS with MD/DNB in General Medicine/Dermatology/Pediatric/Psychiatry/etc
- Valid medical registration with NMC / State Medical Council.

Consultant Surgeon

- MBBS with MS/DNB in General Surgery/Ophthalmology/ENT
- Valid medical registration with NMC / State Medical Council.

Consultants from other specialties are also welcome to express interest for future specialist services at the centre. Why Join at the Project Stage?

- Have flexibility regarding visiting, part-time or regular consultation schedules.

Remuneration Competitive remuneration / consultation-based revenue-sharing model, depending on specialty, experience, consultation schedule and mutually agreed terms.

The detailed commercial arrangement will be discussed individually with shortlisted candidates.
