Vrriksha Physiotherapy & Exercise Lab is a patient-focused physiotherapy and rehabilitation centre committed to providing evidence-based physiotherapy, exercise therapy, and personalized rehabilitation programs.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed patient assessments and clinical evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on physiotherapy, exercise therapy, and rehabilitation programs.
- Manage musculoskeletal, orthopedic, sports, neurological, and other physiotherapy cases as per clinical expertise.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when required.
- Educate patients regarding exercises, posture, ergonomics, lifestyle modifications, and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Communicate professionally with patients and contribute to a positive patient experience.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain professional standards, clinic protocols, and ethical practices.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) is mandatory.
- Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) will be preferred.
- Prior clinical experience is preferred; freshers with strong clinical skills may also be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good clinical reasoning and patient-handling skills.
- Passion for physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and patient care.
- Willingness to work full-time in South Bangalore.
