Consultant - Access Coordinator (SR AC) is primarily responsible for providing services to provision user access to Organisation systems for employees.
Responsibilities include initial assessment, triage, research, and resolution of user access requests. The SR AC is responsible for using user access tools and other processes to provision accounts as necessary in a timely manner and to provide reports on user access or provide decision support data based on system usage. Acts as a project representative for their group on designated projects.
Contributing to the creation of project documentation, self help knowledge base entries and the development of support related procedures.
General Responsibilities
Operational Support
- Percent of time: 70%
- Leads coordination of Executive transfers across the enterprise by collaborating with HR, the losing division access coordinators, gaining division access coordinator, and the Executive to ensure they are transferred smoothly without loss of access.
- Provides 2nd and 3rd level support of requests for Workforce Members and other users as defined by business owners.
- Grants, modifies, and removes user access privileges for Company network and information systems only as directed by a designated approver and in accordance with established SLAs.
- Use of administrator and/or elevated system or application privileges only as authorized to perform role and responsibilities within designated span of control
- Provides training and awareness to departments about user access controls as needed

- Leads the definition of processes and procedures of access management for Workforce Members, including vendors that require access across multiple divisions.
- Leads efforts to improve operational processes and procedures.
- Subject matter expert for account management policies, procedures, and guidance documents.
- Participates in development/review of division security processes/procedures under supervision of Regional User Access Manager.
- Partners with facility Human Resources, facility IT teams and business owners to define and maintain role based access.
- Coordinate and work with access tools development teams to build and establish recent forms for access management.
