WE ARE HIRING – CONSTRUCTION SITE COORDINATOR

Location: Kolkata / Construction Site

Department: Project / Site Operations

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and suitability)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Reporting To: Project Manager / Site Head

About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, responsible, and well-organized Construction Site Coordinator to coordinate day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth communication between the site team, contractors, suppliers, vendors, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily activities at the construction site and follow up on work progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, labourers, suppliers, vendors, engineers, and site supervisors.
- Follow up on materials, deliveries, manpower, and site requirements.
- Maintain daily records of site work, manpower, materials, and progress.
- Ensure required materials and resources are available at the site on time.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding orders and deliveries.
- Prepare basic MIS, progress reports, and site updates for management.
- Follow up on pending work and ensure timely completion as instructed.
- Maintain site-related documents, bills, delivery challans, and records.
- Coordinate with the office for purchase, payments, documentation,



and other site requirements.
- Report delays, shortages, quality issues, or other site-related problems to management.
- Ensure proper coordination and discipline at the site.

Required Skills: ✔ Good communication and coordination skills

✔ Strong follow-up ability

✔ Basic knowledge of construction materials and site activities

✔ Positive MS Excel, Word and Email skills

✔ Ability to maintain records and prepare reports

✔ Responsible, proactive, and organized

✔ Ability to work at a construction site and handle multiple requirements

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate / Diploma preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction site coordination, project coordination, site administration, or similar work preferred.
- Experience in construction, interior, civil work, or building projects will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who is active, practical, good in follow-up, comfortable dealing with contractors and suppliers, and capable of ensuring that site requirements are completed on time.
