? Hiring Alert: Construction Engineers – Solar (Rooftop & Ground Mount)

Inspax Inspection and Certification Consultants is hiring experienced engineering professionals for immediate project deployments! We are looking for high-caliber Construction Engineers to lead site execution, quality assurance, and project commissioning across solar installation sites.

Position Details

- Role: Construction Engineer (Rooftop & Ground Mount Solar)
- Company: Inspax Inspection and Certification Consultants

- Reporting To: Construction Manager
- Job Nature: Full-Time (3rd Party Role)
- Location: PAN India (Project Sites)

Key Responsibilities

- Site Leadership: Act as the Site In-Charge across rooftop and ground-mount solar project sites.
- Onsite Management: Direct onsite construction teams, manage daily site labor, and supervise subcontractor work.
- Execution & Technical Oversight: Verify plans, drawings, SLD designs, wiring schedules, cable routings, and quantity calculations.
- Quality & Compliance: Oversee quality control, inspect material requisitions, and ensure all work adheres to technical specifications and contract terms.
- Testing & Commissioning: Execute testing and commissioning procedures as per project requirements.
- Safety & Progress Monitoring: Drive site health and safety standards, resolve unexpected technical bottlenecks,



and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Delivery: Ensure projects meet agreed timelines and remain within budget guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills Required

- Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (Min. 60% marks or >7 CGPA from a reputed institute).
- Experience:
- B.Tech: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in site-level planning, monitoring, and construction management of Rooftop/Ground Mount Solar projects.
- Diploma: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in solar project site management.
- Key Competencies: Advanced knowledge of construction management, contemporary site techniques, strong problem-solving skills under high-pressure environments, and excellent oral/written communication.
