Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Construction Operations Manager with prior experience in a construction company and a strong understanding of end-to-end construction business operations. The candidate will act as the single point of coordination between the Directors and various functions of the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day company operations across multiple projects.

- Coordinate between Directors, Site Teams, Accounts, Labour, Procurement, Vendors, Clients, Sales and Marketing.

- Handle and coordinate quotations, estimates, BOQs, project costing and client proposals.

- Monitor project progress, site activities, manpower, materials, timelines and operational issues.

- Coordinate labour, contractors, subcontractors and vendors.

- Coordinate with accounts for billing, collections, expenses, payments and project-wise financial tracking.

- Track enquiries, quotations, sales pipeline and business development activities.

- Act as a key point of contact for clients and ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution.





- Prepare regular MIS/management reports, project updates, financial summaries and performance statistics for the Directors.

- Identify operational gaps, delays and issues and ensure proper follow-up and closure.

- Take ownership of tasks and ensure smooth coordination across the organization.

Requirements

- Prior experience in a construction company is mandatory.

- Good understanding of construction processes and business operations.

- Experience in project/site coordination, labour management, quotations and vendor management.

- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently.

- Valuable knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and business management software.

- Should be proactive, organized and capable of taking ownership rather than waiting for instructions.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
