Roles & Responsibilities:

- Maintain and support configuration management processes, standards, and controls across the ServiceNow workplace.
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including configuration data, workflows, and operational support activities.
- Manage CMDB data quality, relationships, completeness, compliance, and reconciliation across configuration items.
- Support ServiceNow Discovery activities and investigate issues affecting discovery results, identification, and reconciliation.
- Develop and review CMDB health dashboards, metrics, and reports to identify data quality risks and improvement opportunities.

Skills Required:

- 6 - 9 years of relevant experience in configuration management, ServiceNow, CMDB,



or IT service management.
- Hands-on experience with configuration management processes and configuration item lifecycle management.
- Strong experience working with the ServiceNow platform in an ITSM environment.
- Practical expertise with CMDB structure, data quality, relationships, reconciliation, and health management.
- Experience supporting ServiceNow administration, Discovery, dashboards, integrations, and platform maintenance activities.

Good to Have:

- Stakeholder management and coordination experience across technology and service teams.

Education:

- B.E., B.Tech, or B.Tech M.Tech dual degree.
