We’re Hiring | Senior Recruitment Consultant – AUS Compliance & Admin

We’re looking for a healthcare recruitment compliance professional to support Australian markets and clients . Candidates with relevant UK healthcare compliance experience are also encouraged to apply .

Work mode: Work from Office - On-Site

Shift: 3:00am to 12:00pm IST

Experience: 1+ years in international healthcare recruitment compliance/admin

Key Responsibilities

- Manage compliance and onboarding documentation for healthcare professionals supporting Australian clients.
- Verify credentials, certifications, background checks and right-to-work documents.
- Coordinate with candidates, clients and healthcare facilities to complete compliance requirements and ensure timely placement clearance.
- Provide clear compliance updates through calls, virtual meetings and skilled emails.
- Maintain accurate candidate records,



ATS updates and audit-ready compliance trackers.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in healthcare recruitment compliance, credential verification and onboarding.
- Australian healthcare compliance experience preferred; relevant UK market experience is desirable and will be considered.
- Strong, polished spoken English and confidence in communicating with international clients and candidates.
- Excellent professional email writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and ownership of deadlines.
