Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Compliance Officer (RCM) based in the Mohali district.
The Compliance
Officer will oversee revenue cycle compliance activities, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations, payer requirements, and internal policies. Daily responsibilities include monitoring RCM processes for compliance risks, conducting audits and reviews, and collaborating with finance and operations teams to address identified issues. The role involves drafting and updating compliance guidelines, supporting staff training on regulatory and organizational standards,
and preparing reports and documentation for leadership.
The Compliance
Officer will also assist in continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen internal controls and promote a culture of compliance across the organization.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance, particularly within healthcare revenue cycle operations.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review data, identify trends, and evaluate compliance risks and process gaps.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare reports, and support training initiatives.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Finance to understand revenue cycle workflows, billing practices, and payer requirements.
- Relevant experience in healthcare RCM, medical billing, or healthcare operations, preferably in multisite environments.
- Ability to interpret and apply healthcare regulations, payer guidelines, and organizational policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, or a related field; compliance certifications are an advantage.
- Solid attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work independently in a structured, on-site environment.
