Role Description The Compliance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves monitoring and ensuring adherence to labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies for client organizations.

The Compliance

Specialist will review documentation, prepare and maintain compliance reports, coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, and support audits and inspections. Daily tasks include tracking regulatory updates, interpreting legal requirements,



advising clients on compliance risks, and helping implement corrective actions where needed. The role also requires clear communication with clients and colleagues to resolve compliance-related queries and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance.
- Candidates should possess solid Legal Compliance knowledge and the ability to interpret applicable labour and statutory laws.
- Candidates should possess positive Analytical Skills to review data, identify gaps, and assess compliance risks.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with clients, authorities, and internal teams.
- Relevant experience in labour law, statutory compliance, or HR operations is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, HR, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information are important.
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with compliance or payroll systems is an advantage.
